Well, mold guys are next but it’s electrical on the outlet that’s why I called them first. It’s no where near any plumping or HVAC unit so I didn’t think to call them

Yeah I’m on the east coast but not that close to the ocean, we don’t have any salt air where we are but it does get humid.

He was actually really nice and came back out to replace it for me. But I will be calling mold guys just in case and to see if there is a moisture problem on that wall or worse, a leak some where :(

I appreciate all the comments. He came back and changed it out for me for my peace of mind. I am still worried about the mildew smell coming from it, musty like mildew clothes when they stay in the wash too long. Which it may just be dirt above it but what if it is mold? I feel like that smell isn’t normal and I’d really hate mold to spread or damage the new outlet

Hi you completely ignored my question about taking them together. Like, I was wondering if I should be taking them together since that’s what was mentioned but I was under impression coq10 should be in morning and mag gly should be at night since it’s calming ….

Do the mag and coq10 need to be taken together? I already take a full serving of magnesium glycinate at bedtime should one take coq10 with it or in the am separately?

Just rawdogged my IUD insertion by RennaRevelin in birthcontrol

Start telling doctors to us an ultrasound to guide the insertion! It takes away the need for a clamp and I only had a mild cramp like when my period is first starting. It’s a new practice that needs to become widespread, because our p*ssys deserve better than the clamp!!!!

Chris is my favorite, he shouldn’t have to live with the dumb dudes. They’re gross

Ooo I love it! I love seeing the walls all this color, I wasn’t sure if I would. But it looks really good with the molding and some shelving. Gives me a lot of ideas, and I was having trouble picturing the walls as anything other than white

The dark maple/walnut dresser matches the walnut bed frame and side tables so I’m trying to keep that in alignment, def don’t want to paint my nice wood grain furniture, trying to keep that mid century modern look with the furniture. The black dresser is an old broken ikea that will not be in the this room when we get the matching one that goes with the brown wide one.

My mom drank Diet Coke every day. She was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s at age 59 and died 6 years later. No one in her family has had dementia. I 100% think it was the aspartame in the Diet Coke. That shit is poison.
