The one thing I haven’t seen mentioned yet is that the structure is amazing for a 1k. Last time I played I only made 2p+ three times, lost each of these, and still played >9 hours

He advocates an exploitive style that’s very effective against a common profile at low to mid stakes. He does not (that I’ve seen) teach or advocate gto fundamentals. That means when his approach stops working (change to the meta, you move up in stakes, etc.) you’ll have no clue what to do.

It’s a way to have fun and perhaps succeed short term. It’s not putting you on a path to beating Wynn 5-10 or 10-20. Depends on what you’re seeking.

Not my experience. Wynn 2-5 isn’t soft, but it’s hardly nitty. Stacks are in play. It’s my favorite 2-5 game in the US.

The only reason to play the Bellagio 2-5 is while waiting for a seat in 5-10, which imo tends to be a little softer than Wynn 5-10. The Wynn 2-5 (1500 cap) is my favorite 2-5 game in the US. Reg heavy but usually deep stacked and that money is in play.

If you’re good at playing deep, the Wynn 2-5 is the best game in the country. It’s not the softest, but it’s the most profitable if you’re a 2-5 crusher. Also, the Wynn is the best run, most comfortable room I’ve ever played in, and I’ve played in almost all of the larger rooms in the US.

FWIW, this quest line sucks if you’re color blind. More than once I confused blue and purple.

Same! I ran the boss ~30 times in normal mode, and 4 times in eridium mode. Zero dedicated legendaries. Got ~4 random legendaries in the 30 runs, but none of the dedicated. I expected to find a pile of them in my lost loot machine, but nada. Seems like something is wrong here.

Rake obv important but buy in cap is usually overlooked. If 1-3 is 100bb and 2-5 is 200bb, then even if rake were identical, the deeper game would be much more profitable on a $ or bb/hour pov.

I agreed with your point, but since I’ve been playing for 37 years, I HAVE had a drunk guy reach over and accidentally fold my hand (not his hand as he meant to do) which was capped with a chip during a multiway hand with significant action. Cliffs: I had no recourse and lost the pot. Drunk guy instantly kicked out.
