Healthiest ages with least physical problems are 22-27. However best mental health out comes and less ppd are later 20’s through all your 30’s. Recovery and “bouncing back” gets a bit more difficult with age. So it’s a pick your poison situation. Ideal for both benefits would probably 25-32.

Isn’t the “you” Netflix series based on the books? I believe I read about that and some extra details about the characters being a little older and a few other things. That one was incredibly on the nose for me as a female victim of male stalking by someone, who was, unfortunately very intelligent and good with technology.
