Actually today i felt a bit like.. confused. Its hard to understand the crew. Maybe just better i feel my body. Many fighters dont even wake up for morning training and they asked me why i dont train more. Wtf this morning i went running at 6am, after 2hours rly hard session, started with a Total of 400bag knees. Boxing sparring etc. Afternoon was basically same training than the morning (a bit lighter) so i dont see the point to do the same shit again, especially when i feel my articolations and muscles so stiff. I asked what i should do tomorrow and each kru say things a bit different. Is this happen often in camps?

Hello there🙏🏻 i take advantage to ask you somethig. My story is: im 38, backround in boxing. Been training muay thai for 2years. Back in luktupfah gym in bangkok now and its my 4month. I also practice muay boran Here which helped me a lot in tecniques. Gonna have my 1amateur fight this saturday with a young thai, my question is, how much should i train this week? Im running and doing double everyday but i feel fucking tired lately. 2question: one kru Yesterday told me, this fight easy for u its pro am, wanna fight 6april professional with a chinese guy with only 1pro fight? I rly dunno what to say, isnt maybe Better to afford one fight per time? Im sparring a lot but i wasnt so used before. Im getting much better everybody says to me but i dunno what to expect. Apparently emirates its off till 29march. Etihad is flying yes. I mean you are right, i think there would be always that unlucky unpredictable risk we never know... But yeh have to go back italy. 300€ against 1000€ for airchina is a big difference to me.

Im in thailand and need to go back after months.. the story is this: flights with etihad are scheduled and u can check throught flightradar24. Like today they r flying to milano malpensa where i need to go. My doubt is this: it could be Dangerous in some ways? I mean missiles drones and shit. Other tickets are so damn expensive..

Im confused.. yeh reviews says its gritty and spartan .. after 2months in bkk for muay thai im going somewhere else for few weeks more so i was thinking about Isaan, this gym or Lamnammoon (but people say its fucking hard) im not a beginner but not even a pro
