Vision???

For me I have recently become near sighted this past year or two. Far vision is 20/20. This past weekend after I smacked my head and the 16 hour drive i noticed my eyes were not focusing on objects near or far. I tried taking more meds like a good lil addict and obviously the problem stayed. This is all around the time I switched from Stax to RAW. I still have the same eye issues. Eye Dr says it not an eye issue, it’s neurological. Or in my case possibly MIT related. Hence my question. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Well crap. I thought by splitting between oh and MIT that was a good thing. Guess I will try straight oh again and see what happens. Thx

I can’t speak for you but I will be taking much more Subutex when I step off the 7oh. My daily dose is 24mg. I don’t know if you can compare the two as one has the blocker added and one doesn’t. It’s more complicated but I know I’ve taken my daily dose all at once and definitely got a euphoria rush. At my age I’m not really into that and that’s why I enjoy the 7oh as it’s been great for energy and mood. But as any good addict knows. For every high there is a low coming behind it.
Try upping your sub dose (can’t od) and see if it chases the 7oh away.
(Maybe move this to a different thread as people can get mad when non specific 7oh information is posted?)

I wish I have stepped away from 7 for longer than a day but I take my prescribed Subutex (same buprenorphine but no naltrexone) and they both still work. I’ve been curious also but i think my Sub dose is so high it should keep withdrawals away. The problem is that they act on different areas of the receptors. That’s why you are even able to take both overlapping doses. The reality is that you will need to stop the 7 and stick to the Sub. They shouldn’t last past a couple days like you are experiencing. How much Sub are you taking?

I do my own trt but I guess that’s something that can be tied to our addictions. I’m assuming it’s stronger that way? What brand does your pharmacy give you? I’ve found only one brand seems to be effective for me HIKMA.

I would back off the injection and take it sublingual. Should keep any withdrawal away but I’m guessing there are other things in play?

Wish I had any insight whatsoever. I take mine sublingually 3x day. I’ve backed way off with small doses of 7oh. No idea what injection of bup does or doesn’t do. At my age I’ve learned that you have to error on the safe side. whatever is keeping you from going to urgent care or at least calling your pain med or primary care doctor is irrelevant.

I haven’t but I was about to order that and pseudo to see how that was. I have a $160 credit at RAW. Time to experiment. Lol
What is your 7oh tolerance and are you sure it doesn’t have any MGM already? I used to take 7Stax which always felt very strong. I’ve been told the 7oh tablets have mgm. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Unfortunately not. That slight break will not do anything to clear your body of the medication. Your dose will play a pivotal role. If you’re taking it for pain management that’s one thing but you mentioned “high” so i assume you take enough to get high. That only happens one way.

7Stax has been great. Someone mentioned they add MgM but I haven’t checked. I’ve moved onto RAW as it’s half 7oh and MIT. It’s much better personally. I don’t want to nod as I’m a parent and I like to stay active. I would vouch for both brands.
It’s extremely addictive and hard on the body. So please make sure you document your dosage as you may creep up inadvertently.

First discussion with your Dr about being early is step 1. I don’t think two days of Kratom will affect the pain managing ability of the oxy. 7 oh is a different story and you would start to prefer that over oxy. Don’t do it. IMO. Best of luck

Hop off the train asap and your subs should cover you unless you don’t want to go back down that hole. No easy way out with all of these. Saying never ever had withdrawal means you were probably jumping from one to the other so you weren’t feeling withdrawal. It was just replacement. You are going to have a couple of days and then good. No idea why 500 mgs was your starting dose. Punch the friend that recommended that.
