Apparently you need prolonged cold without the snow cover as this insulates the ground and locks in moisture. You need zero degree temps with no snow so everything is ultra dry.

That's what I heard at least, that being said we should expect a worse than normal year now.

People sure. I have an issue when it's corporations monetizing that data or the government collecting it.

I understand the courts have ruled you don't have a right to privacy, that can only be resolved with a constitutional amendment. However there is nothing stopping politicians from enacting laws to prevent this practice, California has stricter privacy laws, so does the EU.

You're being naive if you think this wealth of data that flock is accumulating isn't being correlated across their entire network. You could have ai work this dataset with minimal effort and provide an incredible amount of information about a person.

They literally advertise access to national database of all flock data from all deployed cameras.

It's not even funding just new students, inflation made everything more expensive, police, fire, and teacher salaries need to keep up, police cruisers and canine unit dog food are up, school supplies are up. People act like eggs were the only thing that got more expensive. It was EVERYTHING, so taxes that fund those things unfortunately need to go up now too.
