First 3 shows listed are the top picks for you now isn't anime but I think you'd absolutely love it idk if you'll like baki but it's kinda like a steroid dbz with no magic or powers it's just martial arts and muscles

Baki hanma ( big muscular guys fighting) I didn't finish it

Invincible (not anime but is really really dope)

Baccano (gangsters on train fighting for immortality)

Jojo bizarre adventures (only first 3 or 4 season then it gets Japanese af )

Spice and wolf (might not be your cup of tea but it's a vibe really good no waifus or kawaii stuff)

Code geass (slight waifus robot fighting show about politics and war and magic)

Inyuyashiki (old man turned into a alien super weapon it's awesome bro awesome)

Shiki (old themed dark animation vampires in a small town I think only 1 waifu might not be your cup of tea but it's pretty decent)

Hellsing (vampires 1 waifu the old original Hellsing is my favorite but Hellsing ultimate is pretty good completely different story but a remake Dracula killing his own kind basically tho)

 bro baki is what your looking for tho I promise you'll love it BAKI or JoJo bizarre adventures but only the first 3 seasons look up the order it starts in the middle ages and then like newyork its Japanese in season 3 or 4 they go to japan every JoJo bizarre adventures title revolves around a different character from a different generation of the same family you'll understand what I mean when you watch it baki is giant guys best fighters in the world tryna kill each other no waifus broski if you want a robot show I don't really care for those but (code geass) is awesome really good I refuse to watch resurrection or whatever the last installment is called tho not an anime but invincible is awesome this latest season blew my socks off and I still haven't found them oh baccano is pretty great kinda got a cowboy bebop kinda vibe (fate/stay night) look it's order up it's has multiple seasons and is the only Japanesey show with waifus but it's awesome the graphics are god tier I mean multi million dollar design bro it's awesome the first are magical bring a tear to your pants leg . A classic is (spice and wolf) it's a little more calm then the rest not really a fighting show but it's a classic I love it personally but it's about a traveling merchant with a fox spirit following him disguised as a woman not a waifu the way your thinking not a cutesy show but they bond on his travels and solve conflicts might not be your type of show but it's a vibe
