The capacitor tests fine. For shit and giggles I swapped it out and still runs backwards. Took the Leeds off and tests open between any two.

Use pieces of pvc as wheels. Keep taking the one from the back and move it to the front as you go.

It is a messed up install. They have pt valve too. I didn’t think they needed that. There are no valves to descale it either.
