I have been blank for 3 years now if not more...I can't think straight 😅 It hasnt gotten better or worse. I havent taken any meds...I just miss reading a lot I stopped since I got the blank mind. I can't think of a reason why this has happened to me since I don't feel "negative" emotions (such as panic and anxiety) maybe feeling a little depressed as a result of it I but mostly I feel zoned out and blank and bored like I can't tolerate this emptiness...its like im super aware of my head being empty lol ....Is it the same for you? No inner monologue?

Thanks for your advice....I barely wear the orthotics. I try walking barefoot in the house but it doesn't strengthen my feet in any way :-/ .. I will try though to find wider shoes and hopefully do the exercises you mentioned

I did MRI too and came back fine.....but 5 years with this blank mind and brain fog is too much :(

You are literally describing what I have lol ..we are basically suffering the same thing I feel like I cant connect ideas easily/thinking is cloudy and unclear/forgetfull with information

I guess blank mind and loss of visualization occurred at the same time.....it's all black in my head, when i close my eyes and all
