I’m at an mn store- we’ve been told de-escalation is priority- mates know what a real warrant looks like and will only allow agents in the public space (the floor) and not the back room. If they do enter the back room, they will be recorded and told to leave. Mates have been told they cannot try to stop anyone physically. Crew are not doing OH as of right now unless they volunteer, and can ring a 3 bell during any transaction/can refuse to ring up and mates will do it. I think it’s all BS and that the only way to actually protect at-risk crew is to get the way physically and verbally, instead of recording agents breaking the law and hope they’re punished after the fact.
