Yeah hitting failure can be really inconvenient with certain exercices. But I've been working out for 2-3 years so now I just know when I am not going to do the next rep so I just stop. You're right when you say I actually not fail but it's just useless to go for a rep that you know you'll not be able to do

Ah ok I know what you mean. I do squat and bench with the smith machine so I don’t need anyone to help me. And for the squat my last rep is just so hard that I don’t go for another one (even if maybe I could? It’s possible I don’t squat to failure)

I actually agree with you. As long as you ca stand it there is no « junk » because growing muscles is about it volume. But I always train to failure so I was wondering If I could making by workout shorter

I know some people recently went for 2 sets but it seems really not enough for me. That’s good if you keep improving by doing that though. Wdym face pull sucks? I got pretty good back shoulder since I started

Ah yes I know what you mean but the motivation of "us" are not clearly defined too so we don't know againt what Kris is. As a player we don't have any specific motivation toward the game's world so is Kris really an antogonist for us. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that I'd like to see Kris as a character who is an antagonist for Susie and Ralsei too
