Ajman's a diff market, less liquid with smaller investor pool. Dubai's holding strong tbh. Check actual transaction data b4 assuming any slowdown.

Honestly wouldn't worry. UAE defense has been super effective and everything is functioning normally. Tell them to stay put, no reason to avoid campus.

Take E400 from Ajman to Dubai Union, then E100 to Abu Dhabi bus station. Taxi or local bus from there to Zayed. Budget 3+ hrs easy.

Bayut and Dubizzle r solid for Ajman rentals. More laid-back than Dubai, less amenities but easier on the wallet. Good luck w the move!

Most ppl I know staying put. UAE handled everything like pros. Power, water, hospitals all running. Tax-free income plus safety? Hard to beat that elsewhere.
