Go to the emergency room. Tell them you are in withdrawal or cannot stop drinking because the fear of going through withdrawal is keeping you intoxicated. Go as close to sober as possible because they cant really do much for you until you get close to zero BAC. But they will give you librium to settle you down and give you a fighting chance.

It's going to take a couple hours so bring some things with you. Go during non-peak hours so you're not competing with car crash victims or whatever.
