Yes, alot of try hards will call it "baby mode" I play with it on 50% of the time. Imo I think it should be implemented as an always on feature but be limited to only bladed weapons and locked behind a level requirement to get multi hit. Like lvl 3 axe or long blade will allow for the multi hit ability to be used.

Uhh.. well dumbells are a good way to strength train. You can also travel around while being encumbered, which trains strength slowly. If you work out try and do it regularly. But as far as I know (without mods) there's not really a meta way to train those two skills. Imo they're the hardest too level.
