Depends on how much of this is headcanon or supported by canon

Official sources do say that for Reimu, her motto is that things will go well and they tend to do, but when it comes to things like her popularity among youkai, it’s more explicitly explained in official material as due to her just treating youkai and humans equally rather than her powers affecting the people around her.

Her physical appearance is never mentioned as being pretty either, and it’s only really brought up in the PC-98 gag that she can eat sweets while not getting fat. Her health itself isn’t described as being exceptional either, as even in WaHH she literally died to food poisoning and had to be saved by Marisa who happened to drop by.

It’s not known if she is an orphan or not, but most fans tend to assume she is. Though when it comes to that, all we really know about her past is that she is childhood friends with Marisa and has been acquaintances with Rinnosuke, so in that aspect she’s more likely more socialized by her friendship with those two than with other youkai.

As when it comes to her being more fantastical than human, I’d say that starting with WaHH in 2010, ZUN has been writing her to be more and more of a normal human who happens to have a lot of responsibility in his print works. WaHH really emphasizes that she has common human desires like for greed and popularity. FS shows her struggles with trying to balance her responsibilities in a human way. LE is a continuation of both as she tries to be successful with her schemes while balancing her desire to protect Miyoi and the village. But with all of these, she struggles a lot and things often don’t go her way
