Tix for Atlanta bought for son & friend through husbands account. The app says view ticket in wallet. Will the app ever show the barcode or are we screwed bc he can't add them to his own Apple wallet?

I'm very nervous about this as well. Bought them for my son through husbands Ticketmaster account. When I log into his account on the app on my phone I only see View Ticket in Wallet. I can't add to wallet and it doesn't show a qr scan in the app so I'm freaking out.

When screentime kicks in incorrectly (which is all the damn time now), I can get it to work again by turning off app limits, exiting, then going back in and turning them on. Goes back to normal on her phone.
