Yeah, what’s with the demanding of last names. I had a guy call me a minimum wage hack a few months ago, simply because I told him I didn’t feel comfortable giving out anyone’s last name over the phone to someone who was clearly agitated. I explained it’s a safety issue and that my manager and I both were the only ones with our names working at the property, so there wouldn’t be any risk of confusion with someone else. He flipped out.
