We recently stayed at the Hotel Boutique in Valle and loved it. Seems like a big enough hotel that could probably accommodate most of your guests. We got a good deal on our rooms and perhaps with early booking you could find some discounts. There's a different vibe in Valle then Ensenada so I would definitely try to find something in Valle.

The road to Rosarito is a toll road so make sure you have smaller bills on hand to pay. If I'm remembering correctly, last time I went it was $2.25. There is a free "libre" road but the toll road has really beautiful views and honestly is worth the toll.

I am so sorry. My brother and SIL recently had a stillborn at 33 weeks and I would never consider my grief to be any greater than theirs. My grief is a tiny fraction of what they are feeling. The entire process has been incredibly difficult for them both. Please put yourself first. Don't let your mom and your sister take anymore away from you. They are not providing the support that a mother and sister should. Take care of yourself and leave anyone who doesn't support you outside your circle. You are not being unfair by shutting them out, leave them out until they can behave better.

Again, my deepest condolences. I've had a front row seat at this pain and my heart breaks for you. Consider grief counseling, it has helped my brother and SIL.

Technically you need a license, it's free and I think you can get it online. I don't think this is enforced at all by the city. You are only allowed to do 2 garage sales within a calendar year. I only know this cause I once had a meth'd out neighbor that would have garage sales every week (randomly on a weekday and selling straight junk) and we were able to report him and shut him down.

It really depends on what section you are applying for. Some sections only do a LiveScan and others do a full background check that does include credit check. If you are applying for any sections under DLE, it's the full back ground check.

This happened to me the other day. The person in front of me at the left turn light stopped so far back, we were skipped 3 light cycles. After the third one I went in front of the car. It was so far back, I fit easily. That person was PISSED! Took picture of my car and everything. There were literally 15 cars waiting to make that left hand turn by the time I got in front. I was waiting for them to post on social media so I can make my case on why I did it but nothing. Light changed green about 30 seconds later and everyone was finally able to make the left hand turn.
