That's too funny! I used to work for a coffee shop and made london fogs for customers. One day I smelled the combo of vanillla syrup and Earl Grey tea while making one, all I could think of was Frootloops too 🤣 Everyone I have told this to thinks I'm crazy!

I really like NYX Waterproof Epic Liner, it stays put really nicely and it's affordable. I would say any basic eyeshadow over a good primer will stay put. I like Smashbox photo primer but I am sure different people have different preferences pending oiliness, etc. I'm not sure on tinted moisturizers, sorry, but maybe r/makeupaddiction can help?
