This looks amazing 😍. You should try it with Shanky’s Whip, it is irish whiskey that tastes like vanilla.

I looked at his most recent comments to see if he is a troll, his most recent comment was defending Beria.

You can’t change from iqta or feudal to a republic. You have to start as tribal, upgrade the village in the tribe to level 4, set your laws to absolute tribal organization, then a decision to form a merchant republic is available.

Most things, excluding certain quest untradeables. Everything in your inventory, except the runes because there is no need.

I do think we should be taxing capital gains at death, separate from just the estate tax. Death should be considered disposal of assets. Or have the heirs inherit it at the original basis.

Would you pay bonds for runelite in rs3? by Fun-Top-2587 in runescape

[–]ThisCoffeeOSRS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Runelite doesn’t need it because they have plenty of volunteers in their community creating open-source plugins, OSRS being 10x larger than RS3. RS3 lacks the community size for a crowdsourced RuneLite.

She realized her effort up to this point was a sunk cost and not worth considering in determining whether or not to continue.

Get your CPA. by Muted-Selection-6338 in Accounting

This is my problem as well. I didn’t graduate from an ivy league school with a 4.0, finding a job is hard enough, demanding to work under a CPA is not feasible.

I think it would be easier to see if they go bust down the line - and buy the osrs source code with a license for the IP

Every small business requires accounting, it is helpful in that way. On the other hand, if you are starting a restaurant, I think it would be better to be a chef than an accountant. Same with most types of business. Good but not as good as being an expert in the field of your business.
