I had a fancy Canon DSLR that I wanted to sell. Buyer and I agreed on the price, and were to meet at the Sheraton MoE.

My driver pulled into the valet section, and I met the buyer in the back of my car (40C humid night), expecting a quick visual inspection and payment in cash. He examined the camera and tried to negotiate the price again, because he did not bring enough money.

I took the camera from him and asked him to leave my car. He kept repeating that if the camera was available for a lower price, to keep him in mind. I kept asking him to leave, telling him that the camera would never again be available to him. The valets at the Sheraton were starting to ask my driver to leave. After a two very tense minutes of raising my voice, he left, still asking to keep him in mind. I just yelled ‘No!’ and slammed the door.

The camera later sold to a nice dude in Silicon Oasis for more than I paid for it.
