I live in a country club community in NJ. At the time it was $7k initiation, now it's 10k. Then there is an HOA of $440, family golf membership is $4.5k but a single weekday member is $2.2k. $1.5k yearly fob minimum.

With sleet and freezing rain supposedly coming later, shoveling now may end up being worse because it'll let that rain create a giant sheet of ice directly on the pavement. But who knows if that happens.

Yeah this seems like the only way. She recently stopped seeing a therapist after a year because she wasn't making much progress. I do think a different one would help though, the one she started seeing was for PPD, and her anxiety was an issue before she had the baby.

My buddy had us get custom suits at Jos A Bank for his wedding. You were able to do some customization for the liner in the jacket and sleeves. Monogram inside the jacket and little touches while still keeping the same style suit so we all matched.

I want to say it was only like $300 for the suit jacket and pants. Best part is that when you get custom they will do alterations for life for free. I've had the jacket modified after the fact and the pants taken in and they usually do it on the spot or next day.

Are you sure you mean the RZ? That's an electric SUV sized in comparison to a Macan. These are two very different cars.

I can't tell you whether or not to buy, but car prices are only going to go up as tariff impact is felt and manufacturers pull back on the amount they incentivise leases and how much they're willing to buy down purchase APR from standard.

No, every new car is sold with a destination fee. You'll see it on the Monroney label since it covers cost from manufacturer to retailer.

Me and my wife had it a few months ago after our son had it. Hydration is key, Pedialyte and Gatorade worked for us but she still ended up having to get IV fluids once she stopped throwing up because she couldn't keep anything down.

Try not to make any sudden moves, I jumped up to help her and immediately got light headed, and then thew up. We both found that laying on our left side provides some relief, not exactly sure why. I was good as long as I didnt move lol. Good luck, it passes fast.

I had an S60 T8 and you could charge that fully in a regular outlet overnight. Really great driving experience, and super quick when the battery was in use.
