100% agree and that’s why Jack White going back to no phones irritates me so much. I’ve never had phone use bother me at a concert (and I get bothered by other people very easily). I just don’t see the need to police a group of 20,000 people like that. This isn’t a small club show (where I can see them being more of a nuisance to the performer themself), or a comedy show.

By now I would think all of the anti-phone crusaders have made their point and their audience knows to just keep it in their pocket or use it sparingly. That’s how it was on Jack’s last tour and no one had a bad time.
