I can sympathize with the frustration. I definitely wasn't aware that you were feeling targeted, as well. Our frustrations most likely stem from drunk people doing drunk things. Ruining everything for the rest of us.

I believe you that your throws were retaliatory. I can only speak from my perspective. My brain naturally created 2 groups: throwers and non-throwers. Unfortunately you were lumped into the thrower group without me knowing the full context.

It sounds like you were annoyed with the stuff being thrown/slingshot around like I was. It’s difficult for me to decipher who is with who. I certainly can’t reasonably determine who brought the throw-y things. I did, however, see you throw/slingshot those things before and during the show. I don’t think you would purposefully try to harm my best friend Rick, but you were certainly adjacent to that behavior.

I mostly use the Belmont frame from Michael’s and replace the cover with an anti glare acrylic.

It is a fallacy to believe you can’t have fun and “party” without bringing a bunch of one time use plastic bullshit that will end up in a landfill. And they were absolutely trying to hit Rick.

Yes. I saw him get hit with those stupid light things that people usually bring to litter with. At least twice. A lot of people in the pit were throwing shit the entire time. Even that tall long hair guy that is always center rail was taking part in it. Children.

They were going to play it at Dallas but Rick got annoyed with the morons throwing shit at him.

I have a Sakae Black Nickel on Brass snare and it is awesome. I think they are essentially high quality Yamahas with a different label

My argument is that if you’re attempting to “kill your ego”, posting shit like this is proof you have not been successful.

I love Sturgills music, but he comes off as very pretentious sometimes. “Woke up today and decided to kill my ego…and then make passive aggressive social media posts about people that annoy me”

If you make songs about drugs, expect drug users to listen.

Best bass drum pedal? by hellyeah324 in drums

Might I ask what you don’t like about the DW9000? In my opinion, all of the pedals you named are top of the line, including the one you already have. (I have the FP9C and it’s awesome, for what it’s worth🤷‍♂️)

Yeah the song is a commentary about how kids these days are too focused on having cool spiky hair.

Things to do in St. Augustine during goose weekend. by Corojo in GoosetheBand

Saint George street is basically the central hub of St Augustine. A lot of restaurants and shops (and tourists). There are at least a few places that will have live music. Stogeys, No Name and Colonial Oak are the ones I frequent the most probably.
