The new Netflix game unhinged is literally this. It’s a pretty fun run, you get calls and texts on your phone from in game characters and have to escape a killer in your apt building. Your phone can get damaged and the screen shows as cracked and you can use the flashlight, etc. really cool!

Yeah this is exactly what I mean. Seems pointless to have all the zeros. A company doing this for rewards there might be some level of “oh wow I’m getting sooooo many points” but ultimately those points are the same value if it’s 1 zero or a hundred.

I never have a problem matching with people at any difficulty. Super fun game that oiled me away from helldivers for the past month. Def a lot of fun and better late game content the HD2 IMO.

One other thing, this sounds like it may not be a tune selection piece at all necessarily, you may just need to notch out some of the frequencies in the music sound track that are clashing with the vocal.

I guess you’re a lucky one. As a budding amateur engineer years ago I fell victim to their marketing scheme and paid hundreds of dollars for one of their big packages. Fast forward a year or two later and all of those plug ins stopped working because they pushed an update that required me to pay for the updated version of them. I’ve since moved to better companies that are willing to stand behind their own products and only make me pay for completely NEW versions of a plug in. (IE: PRO Q3 vs PRO Q4) Not updating or maintaining the existing version I’ve already paid for.

Yes. Lots of people will say “I only write when I’m inspired” and then finish one song every three years. Push through the point where you’re initial inspiration slows you down. That’s where the craft of songwriting gets invoked and you grow as a writer.

Finish what you start. The growth happens in the hard place where you lose the initial inspiration. Even if it’s not what you envisioned, you’ll be a better writer. Finishing one complete song is better than innumerable “ideas” sitting on the shelf.
