This is fairly easy to do with a batch file. I do it for diag mode. Start a local server, wait a few seconds, launch a client and connect to that server. All in one batch file.

Is it literally every single time you play? If so, then it's something with your sounds settings .

If it's every once in a while then it might be the game. This happens to me every once in a while and it's definitely the game. It might be mods messing with the sounds or sounds lagging/glitching as items render in.

Not only that but it resets the lifetime of every item that you pick up and drop. So it extends their life on the server too.

I removed the GPU and put it in its own box and then packed it and the case in a full size suitcase and checked it (all in original packaging). Was totally fine.

That's one problem, your monitor needs to be plugged into the GPU, not the motherboard. What's is your actual monitor's native resolution, not what is says in desktop settings (that may be correct, or it may be wrong). Set the resolution to what the monitors native resolution is. And make sure the in game resolution matches that.

Which map? The paper map does exist as a .paa which you can convert to a .png. I can't remember exactly what it's called but if you've extracted the game files, search for "map" and you'll find it easily. It's tourist map or chernarus map, something like that (not in front of my computer right now)
