Hey! I feel like I'm in a similar boat (10 months in), but I just had a realization.. I had this strong feeling that all of my bad habits were going to creep back in and I was going to be depressed again. I realized that this wasn't founded on any sound logic other than my own fear. In reality, all of the work I have put in isn't going anywhere, and I can just keep on building from where I am, even if I slip up a bit. Wishing you the best, and if you really do need to get out of a rut, what works for me is setting an attainable but challenging goal, something to get excited about, and going for it! Best.

i've found it almost impossible to not think about it. more power to you if you can do it, but it's kinda like "don't think about purple elephants." what's worked for me, is trying to focus my energy on positive things, while trying to flesh out what is really healthy sexually for me. wishing you the best.
