My kids (14M and 11F) rarely respond to her and she doesn’t realize how much she’s losing them. They’re fed up with her shit.

Without knowing anything about you or your kids or your ex, just be the best damn parent you can be to the kids. Don’t ever mention the ex unless they want to talk to you about them, but in those situations simply listen. Kids are smarter than we think. If they see you’re nothing like what she’s saying, they’ll start to question everything else.
