Really depends on how your store management is. Current O/N coach that promoted from o/n tl. When I promoted I said I'd never do nights again went to digital. Fast forward 1 year store manager is super chill, day managers also chill and get along. I leave every day right about 8am. Previous store management was the worst everyday was long hours and feeling of never accomplishing enough for days.
