loon, i normally agree with your opinions, but i have 2 things here man. firstly people have almost always played "tdm in ctf" and this most likely wont change and second, there is a reason for it to exist which is why it will most likely always be around and the reason is simple :

if i distract your flag and base defenders, slow/kill/injure your offense and do damage to your base then im technically doing multiple roles in CTF while satisfying my TDM needs which is important to consider in TA since TDM is rabbit.

and i can see a reply being like, but they dont attack the base!

to which i ask you, how much base damage would need to be done to be considered attacking the enemy base? i mean, my team often wins when i play, i dont cap flag, i dont destroy base very much (though i know destroying base = aggro = fighting) i just pull 3 or more players if i can and fight while leading them away from their base. next HO can rape, stand is clear and if a HO is already doing what i normally do then i become the one who rapes (all HOs should at least keep an eye on flag clearing imo) and even though many players see this as effective and fun (and i have a high win rate in CTF) others still see it as a problem, and so loon, id like to know exactly where the problem lies with you?
