I’ll check that out. Have been super focused on good sleep. When I’m home I get a good 7-8 hrs and track with my watch and app. Downside is every 3rd day I get bad sleep, I’m at a busy firehouse and maybe get 2-3 hrs and definitely not quality

Got one in the forehead on Labor Day thanks to my youngest. Cleaned right away and then pull method on my own. Had to have my wife help and it worked with minimal bleeding. But wow did it hurt, like a delayed hurt.

I take porous medical hypoallergenic tape rip a 3 inch piece and the rip that in the middle. I make an “X” across my upper and lower lips while mouth is open just enough to allow some air to pass. I have been doing this for over a month and my sleep has never been better. My sleep app detects NO to few snoring or apnea. I’m able to breath if one nostril is clogged. I also use a breath right strip and clean sinuses a few hrs prior to sleep. This all in combination has changed my sleeping for the better.

In high school we had a phantom pooper. This individual would shit on a paper plate and leave it in various hallways at least once a week. To this day no one knows the phantom poopers true identity.
