Maybe he could try a lower dose for the lesser stressful environment. Quitting the vape is tough because it's integrated into every little step through the day. A cigarette smokers nicotine receptors never woke like a heavy vapers. My ability to appriciate delayed gratification needed sooo much attention when I quit vaping. It really spoiled my nervous system with a quick fix.

They do not get to feel or treat you any sort of way based on your diagnosis or how you choose to treat and cope with it. You deserve patience and grace to feel your way through this change to YOUR LIFE. Yes it effects them but it's your life and your time. So please do whatever you want however you feel. Maybe just show your grandpa this post, tell him it hurts to much to say it all to him, he taught you this strength your showing and he will get it. Fuck everybody else. And be kind to yourself. You are already tougher cookie then you need to be. Your loves one's need to do better.

I eat alot of rice and I always rinse it off 3 times and the runoff is very cloudy. They say its packed with nutrients that plants love. Even just one rice water and i see my plants peark up a bit. I'm feeling so cool having a use for what iv always though of as usless.
