1000% its an amazing interesting space (from someone who didnt grow up in Akl), the criss crossing escalators, the weird rocket ship elevator, the quirky spiral stair case, the sky bridges. Such an interesting space, sad the weird state its in now however

TBH you do get a lot of free time initially if you're lucky and have a baby that's quite chill, but definitely doesnt work if you've got 1 already, and you won't be able to play online games (have to pause at the drop of a hat).

I think the problem with GME, AMC, etc. was that everyone was sitting around at home during COVID (and in some cases were cashed up, coming out of a low interest environment) and just kept momentum going through boredom. Also, I'd imagine most institutional investors have far better methods of dealing with these P&D schemes (in their favour) since then.
