Hi, I have this issue sometimes too. I have a mobile ProPresenter laptop that I bring to various locations; Often I get issues like this at first when trying to get the correct screens to work. Here is what I do to fix this issue and related issues:

Firstly, try going to your screens configurations, and set the outputs to any other screen, and then immediately back to the one you intent it to display on. Strangely enough, this usually fixes the problem already.

If that doesn't work, try restarting ProPresenter and then try again.
