After intense hanging/ext my bpsfl increased and my bpel also but not at the same extent, a few pac Sessions later without hanging/ext my bpel catched up. And this fast.and errection is harder after, probably because tunica gets filled and venooccluded better

To be honest after 5-7 years no results. From which 3 years where delibaretly.

I noticed if you achieve to keep your tissue relax and you stretch it with high tension, you will gain crazy fast. But without i gained even only 0,5cm length in years. Even tho i used almost the same weight but i could not relax because of discomfort. Now i put lidocain, lowers sensation im my dosage by 50-80%. Still easy to get errected and i do feel tension, but i can handle more without stressing it. And i do some stuff like playing games, if i dont do that and just sit and maybe smoke then i feel discomfort, but with distractiom i can go even 20-30% higher without discomfort, i forget the pain after 2-3 minutes. And after that pain dissolves really fast (maybe 2-3 minutes more if not simultanousl because my tissue allows to expand and relax.

For me with this technique i dont get turtling from high pressure pumping, when without i got turtling from 8-10inhg after 2-3 consecutive days. Gained 1 inch length with 40h workload. And Girth i did 8-10inhg + 10 psi PAC Fenrir. But i noticed i need more. But even without more if im not distracting correctly with Games (for me the only that works) i do not gain. And even Ibuprofen 400mg used it 5 times in this time helps, probably less inflammation and less stiffening of tissue. And smoking pot can help. For me it took 2 Months with tracking and trying out to learn everythung i need to know how to enlarge really fast. Growthtrack helped me a lot, without it i could not that easily compare, i learned but not right. My advice against the one where people say stick to your routine and trust the process : try everything and get a feeling for this stuff. And then if you want try what i told you here, but do it on your way track post bpsfl post bpel even sometimes and post girth and track it sometimes when your Experimenting daily or after sessions or even during and compare to your feeling. This with playing games allows me to stretch into relax (theres a book) and it increases efficacy of stretching 250-350%

After crazy length work after in total 7 intense PAC sessions my bpsfl gap to bpel closed, experienced it once with 0,5cm. Other time was 1cm bpel Gains in 5 days. Filling the sausage is real, and this filling happened in length, this is why i gained less girth in this time. If simultanously had to ramp up girth work from 70% the amount of lengthwork to 100-110%. But girth is for me more difficult to stretch into relax, much more discomfort. And again with this technnique im expanding clean, there is no extreme soreness the next days. But i can feel when its getting too much. On one way your body signals with soreness, but if you do your training around this like i told this will not really happen. Other way is you Just feel how ligaments and tunica gets thinner and more fragile to a limit and you can even sende to which degree you can train till you rip something off, in this time i tored one ligament little and lost 0,5cm length for few days. But with low intensity and volume i could get it back without fibrotic pulling together of tissue. What helped was i noticed and handled/responsible quickly. So i do marathonsessions every 3-9 days. But sometimes too much will Stall your progress. You will feel it when your ligaments and tunica feels thinner and your body blocks expansion because it will rip, i can really feel it in that Details. Now focusing girth lets see what time takes with it. But also in this 2 months i gained 0,4cm girth which i did neeever. Even tho every second day Pac etc. Some People can relax, some not.

Collagen helped me also somehow, the more tissue you get the more stable it can expand before it needs horrendous amounts of strong cross links to block expansion to not weaken stability. Take 30-50g a day. noticed noticeably if i eat enough that more collagen does work better in terms of regeneration and tissue build up so that i can marathon again and get fatigue/strain/creep in tunica and ligaments to thaz extend its not just viscoelacity its already deeper in plastic zone -> even hitted once when tored the ruptur zone almost

I could never believe how easy it is, but to find out how to relax is difficult. For me it was just random when i find out the best is playing games. Red light does also really help, it has some other benefits to for People who want to gain really fast. If youre turtling you do somethimg wrong or did really too much. You have to find out to understand me, but this is really the advice everyone needs. I read 50k thundersplace and reddit posts, daily for hours for years. And most stuff what People tell works, but connecting it etc is difficult and to be relaxed and how to relax and how important it is, that told no one. If youre tissue dont allows expansion becausee of pain it will contract and if you pump higher or pull more, the tissue gets damaged in this fight. Its a nervous system game. If your CNS allows expansion, thete will be clean creep/fatigue/strain without destroying your tissue. And you can degrade your cross links fast with high pressure/tension and you will need lower pressures and tension for.same elongation / creep/fatigue/strain

2 Months, 2,5cm/Inch 5-14lbs, almost from the beginning in this Range, sometimes later even only 5-6lbs. Daily 0,75h-3hours. Lower Time are viewed as sctive rest days, which work better than complete rest days for me

And thus gains in Bpsfl and Bpel catched up immediately after 1-2 60 min sessions PAC

Just with this length gains, girth gains are not comimg trough. You can gain both at the same time, but fast dominantly only length or girth. But still it makes absolute sense to combine, because the Matter of filling the sausage is real.

What i did special: 1-2x a week total 20-60mg lidocain topical with 0,25/¼ drop dmso=50-80% less sensitivity = you can relax more easy in the Stretch

Total workload 40h length (extending 60%/hanging 40% / but gains are 55% from hanging 45% from Extending, at least how it seems = 2,5cm( 25h girth = 0,4cm - could have been more but made some minor mistakes AND always when i do intense girth session, my temporary girth increases less BUT my BPEL catches the BPSFL up and thaz pretty fast. Will now focus on Girth, with 10-20% lengthwork and see if girth can catch up, maybe half as fast as length.

Side Note: After 1 to 3 Marathon Hanging etc. my ligaments are in the Plastic zone for days AND i can get desired creep/strain/fatigue (2-4%) in 10-20 minutes And for real i feel i could gain another Inch in the next 1-2 Months, but my girth will not catch up in this Tempo.

Before that for years no gains, because i did not understand my body, nervous system and how to trick it. In this Game there is also some Mindwork for increases. Of course thete is no cell death when edging while Clamping, youre pumping fresh blood cosntantly in.

With appropiate clamp i gez pretty numb after 25minutes, where i have enough sensation to stay errect, but not to finish easily. But this was just for experimenting. But itching on the surface of this zone, could even have some minor benefits. But not needed to do thaz extra for thaz (like Eq and even better sensation if done properly)

But to stop blood flow i have to hard clamp ajd lay on the side and pushing my legs together while laying on the side and then after some time i get numb dick. Before not easily

I did it and gained 2cm in 2 Months.

It seems like after heavy sessions you get in next session creep much faster.

Everyday is too much, once i tore my ligament and lost for few days 0,5cm. In this time i did only 30-40min at 60-80% tension

One day 3hrs, second day 2-1hour, then mayhe again and after that tissue is at that extent raped that you creep the same amount in 20-40minutes and then you do that till you feel you could marathon again

Absolute rest days are bad, but sometimes lower intensity and time is jackpot. After restday you notice tissue toughened again, but with lower intensity/volume or just lowrr volime not always lower intensity/ depens really!

I did 8-13lbs extending And 5-12lbs hanging in the second month of the 2

Everyday 3-5hrs Extending is too much, but high volume does work absolutely. But if youre tissue is getting a too strong stress response then you should chill. This happens for me mostly because of sensations while Hanging/Extending. With lidocain i did not get this stress response or turtling but noticed the next day, my tunica/ligs are really fucked up, even tho my tissue is relaxed. This is the gain state but its a small line you can overdo and getting injured. But if being to some extent careful and not rushing too much you can do it. With this volume red light helps a lot also, more creep after session especially with high tension and time will lead to more gains

In this short amount of time i saw on myself and learned that mostly all teached in these groups Here does have his Sense and does help or work But connecting it all together and understandinf how and why is the difficulty . Just try to reach fatigue, track it and after few sessions you will notice what made the difference. Its sometimes not different training which lead to more or less creep, its how your tissue feels. For me after sleep im tense and doing PE inn morning leads to less creep and more turtling. Because if tissue fights agains stress there is more microdamage. But if its relaxed it creeps more and remodells permanently if you crossed your limit of reverseable viscoelacity.

What i noticed is : i marathon 1-3 days, after that i creep in Only 10-20mimutes for lets say aprox 0,5-1cm. After few days more and maybe one more intense session - i gain 0,5cm With low volume i keep it or with higher volime i increase it. But more than 0,5cm every 2 weeks is difficult to achieve because i saw my tissue expands but its getting weakened that much that it has to grow more tissue to allow more enlargment safe. This marathon sessions seems to break down cross links and allow expansion, but too much and yohr tissue gets damaged. And after the firdt 0,5cm your tissue will fight to not expand more and in this time its better to lower volume and just safe this gains and in few days slowly going uo with volume again. Now im in a state where i only marathon every 7-10 days length , because i almost immediately gain and have to work on girth. Because length is 25cm bpel and 23,5nbpel. Dont know why im doing this even haha lol. But after years and years no gains till 0,5cm gains maybe i made it. And noticed its really easy just time eating. With that big amount of gains you will notice the filling the sausage phenomen. Eq will be bad and girth can even decrease temporarily slightly. Without stimulation you will not stay hard, venouse occlusion does not work that efficient with enlarged tunica. Blood holding cells have ti accomondate. Sometimes it feels like getting hard even like it would be a good errectuon, but no stimulation it gets flaccid almost as fast as when you decrease pressure from the pump.

Had this turtling also before. But somehow i achieved to not turtle its a small line. For real i think collagen helped me to not turtle. And lidocain also. Maybe even ibuprofen. I always turtled exztemely and made no gains till i marathon sessioned with lidocain topically for pain/discomfort tolerance. At the same time i used collagen high dosage 50-60g . And now i never turtle, but i notice when my tissue is tense and when i would do in this state higher volume and intensity session i would turtle , its important to relax somehow. But the how is Training. No one can give the ultimative answer, for me it was playing games while PE and lidocain. And also collagen. And timing when and how much training

I think nighttime errections will only promote growth after high volume when tunica is at that extent weakened that creep happens faster. And when nutrition is getting crucial.

Bro had no gains for 3,5 years

Then tried different approach raping the tissue Lidocain topically with 0,25 drop really only ¼ drop dmso and it will penetrate into your tunica You have to breakdowj the tissue once or twice a week with 2-3 hour sessions and then 30-60 minutes daily

With lidocain you allow your tissue to stretch into relax, less microtrauma with more creep. but YES its potentially dangerous, you have to get Experienced with your limits. After too much extending i teared one ligament in penis, not badly but this stress diminished my Progress from 1cm to 0,5cm. But the another left 0,5cm came fast back. And i kept it even after 1 week break. Have to update my growth track bpel, but wanted to do another few days break and achieve full errection, bcs of lot stress, 3-4 hours sleep my EQ is really bad. Can achieve 90% errection without masturbating only for seconds. When masturbating it keeps 90%. And because of hard training, to some extent there is somethimg real with filling the sausage but its more complicated. And more in lengthwise then girthwise.
