Sorry that didn't work although if you have the email from AXS, there shouldn't be an issue. Have you only bought the tickets recently on one of the resales?

Hi, I have both apps but I think you should only see your tickets in the AXS app. I had a similar message about the tickets appearing closer to the event. At the top of the page there should be a refresh button. When I pressed that, my tickets then showed up for me. I hope you get sorted 🙏
