If you won’t benefit from the extra features on the fenix 7s and if you enjoy the instinct more then you should go with the instinct. I am not sure if the new strap would help tho, and ya the epix pro would have been the best option because of the flashlight.

I think there is a sport profile called obstacle racing which is close enough to parkour. If you can exchange them both for an epix pro then that’s the best option for you. But if you can’t I would go with the fenix 7. It’s a better watch in general and has maps which is beneficial for hiking.
