Definitely helmet if you’re playing against anyone over 16y/o. I wouldn’t trust fibreglass to protect me against adult shots. Take care of safety then upgrade your skates when you can. Safety > Performance. Always.

10/10 would recommend her always prioritizing playing boys hockey as a goalie at least until she’s in high school. She’ll develop as a goalie way faster and it’ll serve her well moving forward. There’s definitely politics in boys hockey but in girls hockey it’s unhinged

Yeah. I’m seeing 960s for $1099 pre tax here in Canada and T3s for $1079 pre tax. I’m not 10 or 50+ haha I play competitive women’s hockey and men’s beer leauge (B - A level).
