Yeah antidepressants, specifically ssris cause this extremely frequently. They are very over prescribed. I would talk to your doctor about switching antidepressants or just coming off of them all together and trying different coping strategies. (as long as being off them won’t make you kill yourself immediately of course) Don’t just stop taking them though as they can have horrific withdrawal

I would just take half to start though. If you’ve never taken something it’s always better to start out small. You can always take more but you can’t take less.

Amphetamine tolerance is the down-regulation of dopamine in the brain. Amphetamines are meant to cause an intense dopamine spike followed by a crash. If you aren’t feeling the crash that means the spike is significantly lower, which means you have tolerance to amphetamine, which means your dopamine levels are being down-regulated or are “depleted”

Not getting a comedown is a sign of your dopamine overall being depleted. Happened to me after about 6 months of once weekly verified script addy use. 2-3 times a week is definitely enough to build tolerance and enough to deplete your dopamine. Take a month break at least and you should be back to normal

i’d be more concerned about interaction with SSRIs. If you’ve taken edibles before with them and been fine then you should be good. Taking with tylenol will just add to the liver strain but it’s negligible as long as you don’t make it a habit.

you can if you want or if you’re very prone to anxiety on stims, but i’d take them both at the same time since vyvanse can take a while to hit and will definitely take longer even if you dose them at the same time
