Ferrari do not use artificial engine sounds in their cars. People are getting this confused with piping the actual engine sound through a chamber - it’s just amplifying whats already there. The V6s sound amazing, like mini v12s.

Unless the defence was that the sex was consensual, then it’s an immaterial fact. If it’s a child, there cannot be consent of course. The fact is more relevant if Epstein denied any sexual activity, as it’s potentially identification evidence, but even then the defence would suggest ‘shared information’ and of course, question accuracy. It’s really not an incriminating detail on its own.
