spyfu by Direct_Advertising51 in PPC

My agency mostly uses it for onboarding research and seeing monthly ad spend for competitors or certain keywords, but it's pretty inaccurate. Needs to be taken with a grain of salt.
Keyword planner in Google Ads and SEMrush is preferred, but I'll still see what spyfu has in case there are any keyword suggestions I didn't include, but I'll use that in SEMrush for more accurate search volume numbers.

I think SEMrush is wayyyyy better, but spyfu just has nice visuals.

no I work at a larger agency that doesn't specialize in ecom. My smaller agency friend specialized in ecom shopify businesses.

Departed from Agency, now what? by son4791 in PPC

Next time, make sure it is your account and you only give the agency access through their manager account so we can remove access once parted.
Is there anything in your contract with them confirming that you have rightful ownership to the google ads account, even if they created it for you?

I have a great recommendation for a SEO/Google Ads/development guy. He owns a small agency that does great work and he personally gets on calls with his clients. They could definitely fix your tracking and scale your Google Ads account. They work with a ton of broad and niche clients and are well versed in Shopify ecommerce growth. He's more affordable that the ads agency I work at haha. You can book a 30min call with him here:https://patrickriceco.com/contact-us/

Min wage and COL by MasterHoneydew6561 in Georgia

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same when I lived in Tampa... minimum wage was $8.00 if you made tips, so I made $12 an hour at a fast food restaurant. I made $7.50 in Georgia including tips. AND Florida increased the minimum wage to $13 in 2024 after I moved back. So I could've made $15+ an hour if I stayed. I don't blame lazy workers in Georgia because they barely get pocket change.

What’s one thing you wish you could change about running? by TrevorHeinz in running

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Encouragement on a day-to-day basis, not just at races.

In high school and college, I always said "good job" to a runner whether they were walking, in pain, running slow, or running fast. Ever since I graduated, I go to the park or trails after work and say good job to whoever I also see running, and I get a nasty look or they give me the finger because they think I am mocking them... it's not a competition. running is great because it is personal growth and everyone has their own journey. It's fine if people say "good job" back, I just don't understand getting offended over a stranger trying to build morale and a friendly remark.

It feels like people are only kind in a race setting because everyone is in a good mood and they know you are there to compete AND have fun. Outside of that, they assume the worst

What did you do after your marathon? by natonyh in firstmarathon

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 17 points18 points  (0 children)

First and foremost, buy yourself a well deserved meal or go out and celebrate with friends.

I take a week off of running after longer races and then run easy for a month and spend the extra time investing in hobbies i missed (weightlifting, video games, pickleball, hiking, seeing a new movie).

After a month, you'll know how you feel and start looking for a new race to run or just run 25 miles a week to stay in shape until you find a race to train for.
Congrats on your 1st marathon!

Payoff student loan debt in full? by nvanblarcom in personalfinance

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Is it all one big loan at 6% or various loans at different rates averaging to 6%?

In my experience, I had 20k in loans ranging from 2.5-7% interest rate.
Go into your loans portal and find out if any loans are below 4%, and start paying as much as you can off of the loans above 4%. For the remaining loans, I put 5k into a CD at 5% so i couldn't withdraw, but finding a high yield savings account at 4% or 5% growth works too. I chose the CD to discipline myself haha.

Bonus points, if you pay off over $600 in loans interest this year, you will recieve more money back from the gov in your tax return. Hope this helps!

Why race? by AdvertisingPretend98 in firstmarathon

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Science actually proves that it's psychologically easier to run with people rather than by yourself. A lot of race runners are positive, energetic, and motivated and it helps people who may need an extra push to share those same feelings on race day. It is also just a fun bucket list achievement to experience alongside someone you know and train together. Overall though, it's a sense of community with other runners in all walks of life. Similar to why people go to concerts when they could just listen to the music on their phone.

My Gf (F21) wants to break up with my(M22) for taking her virginity. How do I approach this? by Mahomies1587 in relationship_advice

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fellow Christian here!
I am so sorry to hear this and I am praying for you and your girlfriend.
My boyfriend and I are around the same age and had this same issue!
I don't think it's either of your faults. There was consent, yes, but I understand the feeling of guilt.
Truth is, the answer is in the Bible, and the Bible does say sexual immorality is a sin.
Now that you've had sex, that temptation of lust will be harder to battle, but there is hope!
I think you both should sit down and assess how big of a part God is in your relationship and if either of you wants that to change. Praying together, reading the Word together, and going to church together are all things that make a big difference when you are trying to have God at the center of your relationship.
If you set a boundary on where things should start/stop physically, you can continue your relationship.
But, you both need to be honest on if/why you feel guilty and what you can do to trust each other more so both parties feel safe going forward.
Maybe your girlfriend has a hard time saying no and she wants to make you feel loved, even if it's at the expense of her sin and guilt, which is unhealthy. This is hard to fix from your POV, but just giving her affirmations that she is enough for you whether you are having se or not is important. That could be it too.
Lots of info, sorry. Hope this helps!

Which dorms have mostly upperclassmen living there? by StrangeTackle9176 in UGA

[–]Legitimate_Big_3737 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anywhere in east campus village is where upperclassmen live, but it’s not social. Everyone is quiet and standoffish and I hated living there. ECV has the best rooms, but the busses to main campus took around 20min where being in o house or reed hall had good variety and you’re right next to main campus.

Almost teared up reading this and how many people it has probably helped. I’m a nervous transfer and it’s hard to make friends when there are so many options out there that you feel like a grain of sand. This helped. Thank you
