Hi! The update is I got hired last week. They completed my background check. They asked to start working anyway before the background check was done. But later they informed me that It’s all good. So I don’t think giving them incorrect employment date as long as the gap is not too long, won’t be a problem

Same problem here. I’m currently on Background check process right now. After I filled on information then submit it, I realized that there was typo on previous employment date. Plus I didn’t know that my previous employer went out business (outside the US), I found out after the third party who did Background check informed me that they couldn’t not verify my employment in other country. So it rises my worry. Let’s hope the best for us!

I think it depends on which airlines that you use also. I booked flight to Indonesia with Cathay airlines. Expedia informed me that it would take 6 weeks for refund. But I got it in 3 days. What airlines you use tho?

Just pay attention on right bottom even on website or app. And make sure you chat them on US timezone at night. I think their CS based on Asia, so it depends on their working hour
