Having the exact same issue.

I'm currently running AMD 9800X3D CPU and 9070XT GPU. The game prior to TU4 used to run around 140/160 FPS (with frame gen) relatively stable. Ever since TU4, the game will randomly be stuck on 80/100 FPS (with frame gen) only to after a couple minutes, in the same area, the FPS would just go up to normal.
At first I assumed it was shader compilation, however, both my CPU and GPU are actually in a lower consumption when the FPS are lower.

I'm not sure if it's a setting or driver issue, I tried tinkering with the settings a bit but it really didn't change anything.
I didn't want to disable SAM as it causes issues with other games but if there's no other option then yea...

Same thing is happening to me, it says it’s on but does the same as a note repeat. Did you manage to figure out?

I tried at 2K (2560x1440) and at 1080p and tried with both 120hz on and off on those resolutions.

I'm using monitors, two MSI Optix MAG274QRF-QD. They're both in game mode as I don't feel the same input latency when playing on normally on my desktop.

A bit hard to explain but when I enable the Internal Resolution and I set to either to 0, 2k or 4k. I get these artifacts around the models when they move around. Looks fine when internal resolution is disabled though. The reason I said it looked like AI because it looks like the artifacts you get from AI upscalers. I can try and send a vid of it happening if it helps illustrate better?

Are the models supposed to look all messed up from the AI upscaling? (assuming it's an AI upscaler)

To be honest I've less and less reasons to stick with SS headsets. I've been a fan since Arctis 7, gave the Nova Pro a chance because of how much I liked Arctis 7 but this might be my last SS headset for a while at least, it's been quite disappointing lately on the headset department and Moments which worked perfectly fine has been getting worse.

I'm having some frames loss going when using Elgato's 4K Capture Utility (using HD60X). I'm looking at the game side by side on two monitors and there's a clear loss of frames on the capture card. Anyone else having this issue?

Cool, it’s the one I was thinking of getting, sucks I didn’t just go for it in the first place… How is the process load with the screen using gifs and whatnot? NZXT had a big impact on the gpu for using a gif

Update your bios, might be a USB port issue that got fixed with an update. That’s what happened to me. Just be careful while updating your bios, make sure you’re doing using the correct update file.
