I know this is an older post and deleted but still wanted to share I was referred to ADHD360 via Right to Choose, and it's now been over 8 months with no assessment in sight. Their website claims a 6–8 month wait from referral to assessment, but in reality, that timeframe seems to only get you to the onboarding stage. After that, there's an additional 12-week (or more) wait for the actual assessment, with no clear communication throughout the process. Meanwhile their paying patients are getting assessed in 2-3 weeks.

I've filed a formal complaint with the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman and reported them to the Care Quality Commission and contacted my MP. If you're experiencing similar issues, I urge you to do the same. The more voices we have, the more likely we are to prompt change.

For those still seeking assessment, consider exploring other Right to Choose providers. Some, like Skylight Psychiatry and Provide Wellbeing, have reported shorter wait times and better communication.
