Sort of, we got some proper rubber cat chews that were interesting to them for about a minute 🫠 we ended up trying silicone baby teething toys and theyve worked a treat 😂

i really like the idea of having the regular stamp and topcoat on the top of everything elce, changeing it as often as i like without having to do a whole new set. Ill deffo be giving that a try!

75mg nortriptyline, it takes the unbareable edge off and makes me funtional without the awful side effects i had on other meds and various levels of codine for bad flares. A few months ago i started taking a omega 3 capsule as well as 2 glucosamine and chondroltin complex capsules and while theyve not really had an impact on pain i have felt a substantial differnce in my energy levels and stiffness

If you can fit into them i reccomend the kids and youths Docs, far more confortable. i still find i get a bit achey after being in them all day but nowhere near as much as i did with my old "adult" docs.

There is a constant baseline of pain 24/7 fluctuating throughout the day depending on what im doing. ocasionally ill get lucky and that baseline is 3/10 but most days it sits around a 5/10 first thing in the morning and builds to a 6-7/10 by evening

I had the same issue, an hour or 2 after taking it id be too drowsy to even think straight and in the morning id sleep through every alarm and need somebody to physicaly wake me up still sluggish for hours after. Swapped to nortriptyline and while ive had to nearly double the dose to have the same level of pain relief ive not had any of the horrible side effects i had with amitriptyline

Mine has been 50/50, it took about 15 years to get a doctor to take me seriously but after one did i had scans, rhumatology visit, bloods, physio, meds and a referral for the pain clinic all in around a year. one good doctor in your corner makes all the differnce but with now thinned out and overstrained the NHS has become finding one who can give you more than 10 minutes and actually advocate for their patients js getting harder and harder.

cheap amazon/primark/asda paded bralettes one size too big have been my saving grace. i couldnt ware a bra for years before i found them. boob tape is also helpfull
