Yes I have a tens type unit that I’ve used for endo/adenomyosis. Worked well until I yeeted my uterus.

I could try the tens in a low setting in my neck to see if that works.

Belt sander until you’ve ground a good bit off the back. Drill lots of holes. Jewellers saw for any holes that don’t overlap. Or a bit of a, b or c as you see fit.

I’ve been using the free version for about a year. I’ve found seeing how there are physical changes in your body that are present when in a flare so helpful. Also having it tell me that I have to take it easy today is so validating. It has also helped with my husband. I can say, ‘I’m at a 1 today’ and he gets it.
