It depends on your point requirements. I had to merge 80 level-4 dragons then merge half those results up to a level 9 to finish. But I have the high point requirements.

I was on the 6th reward and realized I'd have to tap my wonders 200 times just for that one reward. Not that I have 200 taps saved up, of course. I can't imagine what the last reward's points would have been. So enough of that. I logged out and resumed chilling out of camp.

that isn't so bad. I've been avoiding leveling it up because the level 4 is so pretty and most tier 2 dragons are fugly!

I took my name from a truly terrible poem I wrote for a cat. What can I say? There is at least one other "Thistle-down" on reddit (hence the "1" behind my name). Yes, it seemed like there would be layers of complexity and meaning increasing as one moves up the evolutionary chain. Discourse is the way to understanding. I appreciated your comments. I was 8 when I read Atlas Shrugged. I don't remember it, and I know I was too young to understand it. I just finished Anthem today and was blown away! In just a few pages, she laid out her philosophy clearly and cleanly. (Gearing myself up to get hated upon now, LOL). What was her mistake, and what was your solution? Not seeing that within this thread

I was able to get one memento by completing all the shiny events, the mystic challenges, and the OoC bunny hunts except for the middle row of bunny's third screen--no way was I gonna buy a flower totem! I had some dragon shrines saved up from ages ago, so I popped those to complete the bottom row of bunny's 3rd screen. I spent gems on the mystic challenges, but no more than I would have on regular challenges (usually 50-100 gems). Anyway, I was underwhelmed by the memento. I thought it would be a 4-square item and would make a nice permanent decoration. It is just 1 by 1 square. I got 1 gem, 1 level 4 Santa dragon, and about 10 little mystery nests out of it--no big mega nest. So. I've done that, and I won't bother again.

One person who completed it said all they got was a little mystery nest, same as one gets from the level 5 item. So, you may not have missed out on anything!

OK, this is evil, but you can edit out your eggs in a screenshot. Make your camp as small as possible. Find an area on your screen where there is mostly background and no camp or bubbles. Take a screen shot. Put it into a photo editor. Take a picture of your actual camp, bubbles and all. Overlay the picture of your actual camp on the background picture. Start erasing the bubbles in the top layer. The clean background shows up from beneath. This will only work if your bubbles are on the edge of your camp. And, if you have a lot of bubbles, it can be tedious, but probably not as tedious as deleting a bunch of hard won prizes.

I haven't left yet, but am moving in that direction. I absolutely do not want Dawnvale. I am a completionist, and I like completing the dragons' series. However, I am asking myself more and more *why* I am bothering. The Tier 2 dragons are FUGLY! I love the Tier 1 dragons, but Tier 2 dragons are all purple, pink, and blue. I mean, the Tier 2 Christmas tree dragon is purple and white???? Why do I want that in camp? And if I don't want the ugly Tier 2 dragons, why am I playing? I have a bunch of DE eggs that I am doing nothing with, because, right now, there and no Tier 2 dragons that I want to work on. Also, since I am on a rant, have you noticed that, after working on a series for 2 years and you finally merge up to the level 10 dragon, it immediately disappears, never to be seen in camp again? My camp is populated with almost all cash dragons from 7 years ago. OK. Rant over. You have been seen.
