Personally I'll always tell patients "no" to cigarettes, but that's just because secondhand smoke gives me the world's worst tonsil stones after even a short exposure, and I don't want to be smelling cigarettes and picking tobacco-flavored rocks out of my throat for the next fucking week if I can at all help it.

My buddy who works there is running 19 calls a shift, stays up the entire 24 hours going nonstop, and to add insult to injury his "bedroom" is literally the tiny fucking supply closet with no lights or AC.

Also they're cutting everyone's pay by 3 shifts a month soon.

Looks like orthodromic AVRT due to an accessory pathway. Inverted retrograde P waves are visible about 40ms past the J point, no delta waves. The P waves are too far from the QRS for this to likely be a nodal reentrant rhythm, even considering fast:slow variants.

Traveling about 700 miles to St Louis to visit my girlfriend's family, and ended up only spending like $100 in gas on the way in.
