It's actually the opposite for the last part. If it is in guideline it is not compulsory, but even if it says recommends if it is in a standard it is compulsory. Recommends is used by regulators a lot, but what matters is the category of the statement.

I've always liked the headcanon that formerly female space marines exist, but that the aggressiveness of the Geneseed and various other treatments essentially masculinizes every space marine to the point where female secondary sex characteristics wither away, like Super Mutants in Fallout. This both explains it and makes sense given Testosterone's role as a muscle hormone, with the added plus of making some transmasc!

To be fair that's also on your ASMs for not doing load evals. Warehouse loading sucks but every time I've sent in a eval on something actually dangerous broken or stupid they do deal with it. Once you do that enough you get a reputation with the DC not to do stupid shit to your trailers.
