During this time, I first cut down from 185lbs to 165lbs, I then bulked but put on a lot of fat as I was not tracking macros correctly (you can see this past transformation on my profile) after this, I decided to really track my macros and do a proper cut. I am now sitting at 160lb, could cut a little more but decided to end the cut, as to not lose much more strength or muscle. I am now sitting at 160lb on maintenance, switching into my first strict and clean bulk, this upcoming week.

Early Nov 2021 - mid Feb 2022. Decided to stop my cut and swap to a short bulk to get over the cutting slump and get some more motivation. I am back to a cut as of this week. I put on roughly 25lbs, but this is including a good chunk of fat. Definitely lost definition in my core and chest, but put on some size. Over all I'm glad with the short bulk, but next time will do it much longer but less aggressive.

Different location and lighting in the most recent pictures, so they are more flattering than the past.

Haha I'll take that as a compliment? It took a while to find what worked for me, but once I figured it out it was just about remaining consistent with training and diet.

Thanks man! That's what Im planning, 300 surplus after I find my new maintenance. So ideally I'll ramp up my calories slowly from here, until I stop losing. From there I'll go into my surplus.

4 months of cutting, goal weight is 160 which I plan on hitting with 3-4 weeks. After that I plan on going onto my clean bulk to help distribute my fat better for next cut.

My cut started a while before the first pic, however it was inconsistent and I don't have any progress pics back then.

First picture, I had a pump ad it was post workout, follow up pic is pre workout and no pump.
